Worship Changes Us

One way to flip a situation right side up, or at least the way we feel about it, is to worship. Although worship is specifically designed to bring us closer to God, music alone has wonderful benefits. Science has proven that music contributes positively to our mental health. Music is proven to ease anxiety and boost moods. According to Harvard Health, it is even used for therapy.

This concept of worship changing us is as old as time. The Bible says that there is joy in the presence of the Lord (Psalm 16:11.) If you would like to not only have a mood boost, but feel closer to God, and spend time with friends, join us at the next Ladies Only Worship!

I love to worship my Lord and Savior through praise and worship! I like expressing my praise to God through, hand and dance motions! I prayerfully look forward, to sharing in this CLC dance worship with ya'll this Sunday!
